DO YOU HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS? I will be the first to admit that I don't have all the answers to life's problems. Not even close. But I know the one who does. As Christians we cry out to God in prayer but it often seems God does not respond and we get frustrated. We join a great company that spans through all generations who have experienced the same thing. The Apostle Paul was beset by a physical problem brought on by his adversary the Devil and all his prayers seemed to produce no positive answer from God. Have you ever been in that position and seemed to have no answer as to why you are in that position? There just seems to be no answer as to why it appears God is not answering your prayers.
I don't have all the answers to your problems but I can offer to you today how God answered the Apostle Paul and some of what it means to us. The conversation between God and Paul went like this: "Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it (his problem) away from me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness,” (2 Corinthians 12:8-9a NIV). Our problems, physical or otherwise, may occur through no fault of our own, or possibly through our own fault. We may pray until we have callouses on our knees and still it seems God doesn't answer or even hear us. But the reality is God does hear and God does have a reason for the adverse thing that has been allowed into our life. God may choose to reveal His reasons for allowing the problem or He may not. While the problem may appear to be beyond what we can endure God's love is revealed in His answer to Paul, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
