WE NEED YOUR HELP TO SEND EIGHTEEN CHILDREN TO SCHOOL THAT BEGINS IN SEPTEMBER.
Summer is over and new learning experiences like cooking classes, health fairs, and evangelistic meetings are over at House of Hope Orphanage. Many of the residents at House of Hope have been involved in work programs this calendar year and during the summer. But now it is also time to turn attention to a new academic school year.
There are two students in primary school, nine in middle school, four in ninth grade, and three in senior high school. Most of these will be attending a Christian school. All of them are doing well in their academic pursuits. The cost for each student averages $240.00 for the school year which covers registration, tuition, school supplies, logos & badges, school uniforms, and field trips. That is a total of $4320.00 and all of it is due prior to the start of school.
Your generous gift can help us make that payment on behalf of the House of Hope children prior to the start of school on September 9. Our Caribbean Vision Ministries family and friends have been very faithful in the past to assist us with this great need. We would appreciate your gift once again.
In addition the cost of all things in Haiti have increased significantly because of rampant inflation. In addition to the basic cost of education we will also sustain a monthly cost of $215.00 to transport our students. The high cost of gas is the main culprit and there is nothing we can do to control it. Thanks for any help you can give us on that monthly expense as well.
Your gift can be given on our website at: caribbeanvisionministries.org or you can mail your gift to Caribbean Vision Ministries, 14458 Via Royale, Delray Beach, FL 33446. All gifts will be receipted and are tax deductible. Please mark your gift for House of Hope School Expense.
