NEW ROOF AND DRY INSIDE
Grace Church, Trinidad now has a finished roof on their new church building thanks to the generosity of our ministry partners. So let it rain, rain, rain. It is dry inside. Thank you partners! At the present time the church family is completing the outside of the building and their attention is focused on all the work that needs to be done on the inside. Pastor Roger Dabideen reports that they want to start using part of the building for their worship services very soon.
The Grace Church congregation has been very hard at work raising money to pay for the building project and at the same time they have been faithful to meet together for prayer at 7:00AM every Saturday morning. It has been their desire to see God raise up a church building but also raise up an expanded congregation by people getting saved. In addition they have been planning on taking another GO2Haiti Team to Haiti to minister next year. Praise God for the missionary vision of the folks at Grace Church. They take the Great Commandment seriously.
The current phase of building work is to plaster the insde walls. It is going to cost $5,740.00 U.S. dollars to complete this job. I have challenged Pastor Dabideen and Grace Church to raise $2870.00 while Caribbean Vision Ministries raises the other $2870.00. Grace Church has a fund raiser scheduled for September 4 to raise their half of the funds. I know the friends of Pastor Roger, Grace Church, and Caribbean Vision Ministries in the U.S. will be delighted to raise the remaining $2870.00 very quickly. If you have served on a GO2Trinidad Team or supported Grace Church in anyway in the past please help us with this project now. Please send your gift today and help encourage our friends in Trinidad to continue on their path of getting the church facility completed and serving God in even greater ways.
You may send your gift to: Caribbean Vision Ministries, PO Box 18317, Panama City Beach, FL 32417 and mark it for the Trinidad building fund OR you can make a donation online.
Thanks for helping our friends in Trinidad.
